Seminar on ‘Best Management Practices for upgrading Shrimp Farming and Hatchery Techniques in Sri Lanka ' was held in Madura Bawana hotel at Wennappuwa on 18 th and 19 th of October, 2006. Key Speaker of the Seminar was Dr Farshad Shishehchian who represented Novus International Pte Ltd. Dr .
